Hollow men, headpieces filled with straw

From the WSJ: Bush, Obama, and the G-20.

"Former IMF Chief Economist Simon Johnson says that...'Almost always, once a group like this meets, it can agree on its own importance and the need for another meeting.'”

At first blush, it's a funny quote. But, in the end, it's deeply saddening because it's true.
